If you find your account balances are incorrect, this issue may be resolved by refreshing your accounts.
- Tap the profile icon in the bottom right.
- Select "Accounts."
- Tap the institution with the incorrect information.
- Tap "Refresh."
Note: With some newly connected accounts, it can take up 24 hours for the correct balance and complete transaction list to populate. Moreover, some direct deposits may take 24 hours to appear in the app. If you have just added the account, please follow the steps above 24 hours after adding the account to Albert.
If the account balances are still incorrect after 24 hours, please contact support for further assistance.
