Some institutions may experience a delay in sending us all of your account information. Please try refreshing your institution to see if the missing accounts appear.
- Tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app.
- Tap "Accounts."
- Tap the institution with the missing account.
- Tap "Refresh."
You may encounter an alert that your bank needs to ask your security questions. If so, please tap "Update Credentials" from the institution screen to complete that and see your accounts.
If you are still missing an account, please contact support for further assistance.
Note: If you recently added an account to Albert, it can take up to 24 hours for all of your accounts to appear. Some institutions require answering security questions to see the missing account(s) and our aggregator may not receive this information for up to 24 hours. If you recently added the account, please wait 24 hours and try the steps above.
